This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

A Redo and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Must be within 2 Days from the service date.
• Must provide pictures of the "issues" of the detail
• Must match the area we covered such as interior or exterior.
• Cannot be from Environmental events. such as new mud, new tree sap, etc. 
• We may come only once to fix what was missed but, in most cases, we are happy to come out more than once.
• We are allowed to deny touch up service if our "after detail" pictures show the area was clean when we left on the service date.

We understand with being mobile, things may be missed due to lighting changes and other events. Please reach out to us so we can schedule a "touch up" service if needed/qualified. Thank you for your business and your understanding.
